Superb, never rusted, California example of one of the last truly imposing Bentleys, with just 48,000 original miles. Finished in a most striking combination of Bordeaux over Shell Grey with Crimson hides to the front and rear, the car has tremendous visual appeal.

Though restored nearly twelve years ago, it has been driven sparingly since and is consequently in excellent condition throughout. The paint is still extremely lustrous and the leather virtually unmarked with no rips or tears. The burr walnut fascia, door cappings and picnic trays are all in good shape, as is the glass and chrome.

Mechanically, it is in very fine fettle also. The engine was overhauled less than 4,000 miles ago and the transmission and braking system hydraulics rebuilt at the same time. The factory air-conditioning blows cold and all the other electrical systems, power windows, lights, etc. operate faultlessly.

Both the smaller and larger tool kits are complete and the original handbook with all its factory addenda is still nestled safely in the glove box.

On the road, the engine is smooth, quiet and powerful, the transmission shifts precisely, the steering is taut and the brakes keen.
